PAYMENT TERMS

A $75 non-refundable per team processing fee must accompany your registration form within 30 days of your qualifying event. The processing fee will become $125 per team for registrations received after the 30 day mark.
If a team is not FULLY registered by the final deadline date, the team will not be posted on the website and will perform first in its division. Late fees will apply.
Those who qualify after the FINAL deadline will be contacted by The U.S. Finals with specific information pertaining to their registration procedure.
All payments received after the FINAL registration deadline must be in the form of a money order, certified check, or credit card.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
An additional 3% administrative fee will be added to all credit card transactions. This fee will be waived if using cash, check or money order.

REFUNDS

50% refund will be available to teams withdrawing from the event PRIOR to the FINAL registration deadline.
NO REFUNDS will be issued once the FINAL deadline has passed.
NO individual participant refunds will be issued.
All refund requests must be IN WRITING and received by the The U.S. Finals by the deadlines discussed above.

DIVISIONS/CROSSOVERS/SUBSTITUTIONS

The U.S. Finals reserves the right to close, combine or open divisions at any time leading up to each event.
Substitutions and additions may be applied to your team but cannot exceed 20% of the original team for All-Star divisions and 40% for Recreational and School divisions. Substitutions/Additions may not change your Co-Ed status. Any participants registered beyond the original number of qualified participants for each team must pay the 3rd Place qualifier pricing.
Crossover participants will pay full registration pricing based upon the bid that is received for each team.
“Additional Dance” fees are applicable for entire dance teams who are competing in more than one division (i.e. pom AND jazz). “Additional Dance” fees are only applicable if each participant is registered in another dance division and has paid the full registration fee for the 1st routine.
